Hi, I’m Wayne Wright and I have been fortunate to work
for First Pacific Mortgage as a Mortgage Consultant since
1987. Prior to that, I worked for US Bank for 16 years.
I graduated from Clackamas HS and University of Oregon with
a BS degree in Business Administration (major - FINANCE).
I spent 30 years in the Oregon Air National Guard which I
still consider my “2nd Family.” I have also been
a member of Rotary International since 1985, most recently
serving as 2003-04 President of the Rotary Club of North Clackamas-Sunrise.
Rotary is an amazing service organization which allows me
to help “make a difference” in both our local
community and around the world.
I have truly been blessed to have a great family, including
my wonderful wife, Julie, our son, Josh, and daughter, Sara.
In our free time, Julie & I enjoy traveling, RVing and
playing golf whenever possible.
One of the best things I have ever done professionally was
to join the By Referral Only University
in 1996. This university is a “customer-focused”
group of over 5,000 Mortgage & Real Estate professionals
throughout U.S. and Canada. Based on the feedback I have received
from my past clients, the principles learned from this university
have enabled me to truly “make a difference” in
the lives of my clients.
Whether a person is considering buying, building, or refinancing,
we all basically want the same thing…the
best interest rate at the lowest cost given our situation.
As my “By Referral Only”
vision statement indicates, I focus on the overall mortgage
experience of my clients, not just on your rate. My goal is
to exceed your expectations whenever possible, to the point
where you would want your friends, family and co-workers to
go through a positive mortgage experience as well. The only
“surprises” I want for my clients are the nice
ones I have planned for them along the way.
