About Lisa
I began working in the mortgage industry in 1987, at a time
when most financing was FHA/VA, or conventional financing
with 20% down. I started by learning the basics by being a
loan closer, and a processor, graduating finally to loan officer
by 1989. Having had that experience has given me the essential
skills that have been invaluable to me as a loan officer.
I understand what the processor (document compiler), underwriter
(decision maker) and closer (final document drawer) are going
to need to make the transaction smooth and comfortable and
understandable for the client, realtor and the sellers as
well.
Lending has progressed from those days of few loan choices
to include all kinds of lending. Now there are all kinds of
loans to fit all kinds of needs, from First Time Homebuyers
programs to programs more suitable for borrowers who are buying
up or buying down. I focus on asking the right questions to
really find out the kind of loan that will meet your needs
and satisfy your personal goals. Although I have made construction
lending and manufactured housing lending a personal specialty,
I have years of experience making loans to all types of buyers.
On the personal side, in September of 2005, I married my
longtime love, Timothy Mumby and between us, we have 7 kids
and 2 grandchildren. It makes for a very lively home life.
We also have 2 dogs, one cat, one pigeon, and one rabbit.
Can you tell we love animals? Tim and I also enjoy spending
time with our family, camping, hunting and riding ATV’s.
